Manufacturer Warranty
- All new units include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- CRS is an authorized Frigidaire warranty repair provider.
- Electrolux & Frigidaire share ownership; CRS authorization is for Frigidaire.
Used
CRS 3-Month Guarantee
- Coverage for functional defects from normal use.
- We will repair; if not repairable, we will fix or exchange at our discretion.
- Dedicated service scheduling & support.
CRS Appliances is an Authorized Service Provider for Frigidaire. We diagnose and complete eligible in-warranty repairs for Frigidaire appliances.
How to Request Warranty Service
- Locate proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and model/serial number.
- Contact CRS Service at (954) 342-9966 or info@crsappliances.com.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and schedule a diagnosis.
- If covered, repairs are completed at no cost within the warranty period.
- If not covered, we’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate for service.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturer defects and component failures.
- Functional issues arising from normal residential use.
- Diagnosis and repair by CRS (per applicable coverage).
What’s Not Covered
- Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
- Improper installation, venting, or electrical/plumbing issues.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Commercial/industrial use (residential only unless stated).
- Consumables (filters, bulbs, cosmetic parts).

Do I contact CRS or the manufacturer for new appliance warranty?
Start with CRS. We’ll confirm eligibility and either handle it (Frigidaire) or direct you to the correct manufacturer channel as needed.
What if my used unit can’t be repaired?
If a repair isn’t reasonable, CRS will pursue a fix or exchange at our discretion within the 3-month guarantee window.
Is installation covered?
Installation work and issues caused by installation are not covered by the warranty.
